Terms of Service

The short version of what you agree to when you advertise through pDOOH.ai. The agreement that governs your account is the one you accept when you sign in.

  1. Who we are

    pDOOH.ai is operated by GaliGali Soft Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U63990TS2025PTC197247) with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Through pDOOH.ai you buy advertising on digital screens inside cabs across Mumbai and Pune.

  2. Your account

    You need an account to advertise. It is yours alone: keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. Access to a brand portfolio is granted by the people who administer that portfolio, and can be changed or removed by them.

  3. Your ads

    You are responsible for the creatives you run and for holding the rights to everything in them. Ads are reviewed against our advertising standards before they play, and we may decline or stop anything that breaks those standards, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks the law.

  4. Paying for plays

    You add funds to a prepaid balance and pay per play. GST is added at the rate in force, and we issue a tax invoice as your spend is settled. Prices, billing thresholds and any minimum spend are as shown in the Brands Manager.

  5. Suspension and closing

    We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, non-payment or a breach of these terms. Where we can, we tell you what happened and what would put it right. You may close your account at any time; amounts properly due remain payable.

  6. Liability

    To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of ₹5,000 or the fees you paid us in the month before the claim.

  7. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and both of us submit to that jurisdiction.

  8. The agreement that governs your account

    This page is a public summary. The full agreement that applies to your account is presented inside the Brands Manager when you sign in, and you accept it there. If the two ever differ, the agreement you accepted is the one that applies.
