   What we collect

   Your account identity (your name and the email address or mobile number you sign in with), the business and tax details you give us (legal name, address, GSTIN, PAN), your payment and invoice records, and how you use the Brands Manager.

   Why we use it

   To run your account and your campaigns, to bill you and issue tax documents, to keep the platform and its advertisers safe, to answer you when you write in, and to meet our obligations under Indian law.

   Who we share it with

   Service providers who host, secure, bill and communicate on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes. Some of them operate outside India; where information is handled outside India we do so in line with Indian law and under contractual terms that require it to be protected. We do not sell your information.

   How long we keep it

   Invoices, receipts and the accounting records behind them are kept for the period Indian tax and company law requires — we cannot delete a tax document on request. Everything else is kept while your account is open, and for as long as we need it for the purposes above.

   Your rights

   Subject to Indian law you may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to us from the email address on your account.

   Cookies

   First-party cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers on this site.

   This page is a public summary. The full privacy policy, including the detail of what the platform records as your ads play, is presented inside the Brands Manager when you sign in.
